# Hướng dẫn kháng tài khoản Etsy Việt Nam chính chủ 2024

**Lời nói đầu:**

* Cùng 1 đoạn văn kháng cáo nhưng tùy thời điểm kháng mỗi đợt lại khó dễ khác nhau.
* Kháng các tài khoản mới không cần phải cung cấp thông tin, chứng minh gì cả.
* Flow chung là sẽ vào phần kháng tài khoản và cung cấp các thông tin cơ bản là được.
* Chúc các bạn kháng tài khoản thành công!

**Các trường hợp tài khoản bị khóa và cách kháng:**

**TRƯỜNG HỢP 1:**

* Tài khoản đã lên shop 0 sale nhưng suspended sau 24h, 48h, 1 tuần...
* Tài khoản lên 1,2,3 sale và suspended sau 24h,48h...
* Tài khoản đang bán thì suspended nhưng vẫn login được tài khoản.

**Cách kháng:**

**Bước 1:** Vào Dashboard của shop

**Bước 2:** Chọn "File an appeal" tại dòng đỏ

**Bước cuối:** Cung cấp thông tin để kháng (sẽ nói ở cuối bài)

**TRƯỜNG HỢP 2:**

* Tài khoản bị văng login và khi đăng nhập hiện dòng "**You may be unable to access your account**"

**Cách kháng:**

**Bước 1:** Vào trang chủ Etsy

**Bước 2:** Chọn "Forgot your password?"

**Bước 3:** Nhập email tài khoản Etsy của bạn và chọn "Email me a sign-in link"

**Bước 4:** Truy cập email trên và kiểm tra email, bạn sẽ nhận được 1 link kháng từ Etsy Trust & Safety

**Bước 5:** Chọn "Start an appeal"

**CÁC TRƯỜNG HỢP CÒN LẠI:**

* Đang lên shop dở thì suspended.
* Suspended văng login nhưng khi đăng nhập lại hiện dòng chữ vàng yêu cầu appeal.

**Cách kháng:** Đều có đường link dẫn tới nơi kháng hiện ở trên cùng của trình duyệt. Các bạn chỉ cần click vào thôi

**CUNG CẤP THÔNG TIN KHÁNG:**

Ở **bước cuối** cùng các bạn tham khảo đoạn văn kháng sau và chỉnh sửa cho phù hợp với bản thân.*Lưu ý: Lời văn chỉ mang tính chất tham khảo, các bạn đừng copy y nguyên. 100 người mà copy như nhau nó cho rụng hết đó.*

I have not violated Etsys policies or had any account issues

**Are there any actions you've taken to address your suspension?**

I have taken several proactive steps to address the issue and demonstrate my commitment to fully complying with Etsy's guidelines:

\- My products are entirely handmade, crafted with care using artisanal materials, and they fully adhere to Etsy's policies.

\- I have thoroughly reviewed all the personal information I provided to Etsy, ensuring its accuracy and transparency.

In light of these efforts, I humbly request that you reconsider the suspension of my account and give me the opportunity to continue contributing to the Etsy community.

I am wholeheartedly committed to upholding Etsy's standards and guidelines. Being a part of the Etsy community is incredibly meaningful to me, as it offers a wonderful platform to connect with customers who value unique, handcrafted items. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration of my request.

**How will your business practices change if you regain account access?**

I would like to propose several additional steps:

\- I will manage my account with complete transparency and in full compliance with Etsy's policies.

\- I will promptly address and resolve any customer concerns to minimize the risk of financial disputes.

**Describe any extenuating circumstances that may have contributed to your suspension:**

This is my first experience creating an account and selling on Etsy, and I believe there are no valid reasons for my account to remain suspended. I am eager to resolve this matter and continue contributing positively to the Etsy community.

Sau khi điền đầy đủ hết các dòng, các bạn chọn "**Submit appeal**".

Kết quả kháng sẽ được gửi cho các bạn trong 24 giờ.

Thời gian này thì khoảng 7,8 tiếng là sẽ có email reply thông báo kết quả.

* **Thành công:** Bạn sẽ nhận được email tiêu đề ***Re: Update: Appeal Successful - Account Reinstated***
